Oyodo 大淀 was a Japanese Warship (Cruiser second class). Only completed Oyodo class light cruiser.

History

  • 14 February 1941, laid down at Kure Naval Yard.
  • 2 April 1942, launched.
  • 28 Feb 1943, completed and commissioned. Classified as Cruiser second class.
  • 28 July 1945, attacked by US carrier aircraft, sunk in shallow water near Etajima (34.13N, 132.25E).
  • 20 November 1945, discarded.
