Rear Admiral (Ordnance) Seto Kikujiro 瀬戸菊次郎 (24 Sept 1867JOS / 21 Oct 1867GC - 6 Jan 1922) was a Japanese naval officer. 1887 class of Naval Engineer Academy (9th place out of 21 graduates).
