Admiral of the Fleet Viscount Kato Tomozaburo 加藤友三郎 (22 Feb 1861JOS / 1 Apr 1861GC - 25 Aug 1923) was a Japanese politician, Prime minister, Naval officer, and peer. 7th class of Naval Academy (2nd place out of 30 graduates).
