Empress Gensho 元正天皇 Gensho Tenno (680 - 21 Apr 748JOS / 22 May 748JC) was 44th Empress of Japan (2 Sept 715JOS / 3 Oct 715JC - 4 Feb 724JOS / 3 Mar 724JC). Personal name was Hidaka 氷高, traditional Japanese posthumous name was Yamato-neko-takamizu-kiyo-taruhime-no-mikoto 日本根子高瑞淨足姫尊.
